Available Positions: Associate Therapist

 

Position Overview: The associate therapist will provide remote and/or eco-based individual, family, couple, and/or family therapy to clients of Cultivate Wellness Collective. Therapy services include the treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are currently looking for therapists who work with couples, children, teens, and adults, and who are committed to providing quality mental health care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Align with Cultivate Wellness's mission and vision.

• Master’s Degree in counseling or social work; and

• Registered with the BBS as an Associate MFT or Social Worker in the State of CA.

• At least 6 months of experience in providing therapy post-graduation.

• Be a team player.

• Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

• Must be Tech Savvy, organized, detailed oriented and punctual

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide supportive, individualized and confidential therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, families and groups

• Assessment, treatment planning, documentation and termination responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate client records and calendar using practice software

• Engage in collaborative coordination of care

• Attend weekly clinical supervision and work as part of a collaborative team

• Maintain all legal and ethical requirements of the profession

• Be flexible and receptive to change as part of an expanding and growing company

• Other duties as determined necessary
